Laverne passed away in Seattle, WA on 10/22/2010 surrounded by her family. She was 91 years old. She was born on 11/12/1919 in Brussels, Wisconsin to Avery and Helen Corbisier. She had a love for her family, friends, teddy bears, and of course, her loving poodle, "Sammy". Laverne is survived by her son Michael (Grace) Dier; daughters Sandra Anderson, Karen Thompson, and Patricia Fisher. She also leaves behind numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed.
