

Lloyde E. Anderson, passed away at the age of 90 on July 7, 2024, in Shoreline, Washington. He was born on November 5, 1933 in Rolling Bay, Washington, but has been a long time resident of the Shoreline area.
Early in his life he worked two summers in the National Guard and then served in the Army for 3 years. He then held several jobs over his lifetime including working for Weyerhaeuser, Lincoln Auto Salvage, Pacific Corvettes, and finally retiring from Lowe's in 2021.
He enjoyed rebuilding classic cars, especially Corvettes. He was always very generous with his time and skills. He was always willing to help anyone in need.
He was survived by his wife of 69 years, Lyvonna Anderson, three daughters and son-in laws, Tina and Dan Roeper, Susan and Tom Persinger, and Shari and Craig Ray, six grandchildren, and fourteen great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents Carl Anderson and Emma Grochow, and two brothers and one sister, Carlton Anderson, Ivor Anderson and Ilyne Jennings.
In Celebration of his life a light lunch will be held on August 31st from 12:00PM to 3:00PM at Evergreen Washelli Funeral Home at 11111 Aurora Ave N, Seattle, WA.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to UW Cancer Center or Seattle Children's Hospital.
