Louise V. Hill born January 8,1937 peacefully passed on June 22, 2022 surrounded by family. Louise is survived by her three children, five grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and many family members.
Louise grew up in Tacoma and Seattle. She graduated from Stadium High school. She settled in North Seattle for forty years where she raised her children, later in life she moved to Puyallup.
In her youth she raised collie dogs, she trained them in obedience and entered shows, winning many trophies and ribbons. Throughout her life she had dogs in training. Her latest Alfie, being her most challenging.
She attended North Seattle community college earning a degree in accounting. She opened L H Tax service taking on many people as their faithful tax return wizard. She also did payroll for a few small businesses.
Louise was a land lady for 60 years. You could often find her doing maintenance on her properties. She was amazing with a screwdriver, changing door locks with ease. For bigger jobs she always hired people she knew that needed employment.
Later in life she took on the challenge of being President of a company with over twenty employees.
Louise had a gift of embracing people where they were at in life! Always ready to listen, share her experience, knowledge and give advice. She easily became a loving, caring friend, many have called her mom.
Louise didn't like surprises but she loved a good joke, she had the best, unique, contagious laugh! She was very creative and persuasive, she could convince you into believing you were capable of doing anything! Her encouragement and cheerleading was the driving force for many.
Being a friend of Bill W. was a huge part of her life! She was grateful and involved with every aspect of the program, helping many with their journey. Louise recently celebrated a huge milestone of 40 years.
She embraced her spirituality, loving God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. She loved singing religious songs and was an impressive whistler. You could often hear her whistling through the house.
Louise loved deeply and is loved by all who knew her. Louise will live on in the hearts of many, she will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed.
