
Jack Luckie, 72, of Mountlake Terrace, died Wednesday, March 14, 2001 at his home. He was born December 4, 1928 in Dallas, Texas to Wilma and Noel Luckie.
Jack served in the 40th QM Company, 40th Infantry Division during the Korean Conflict where he was a Combat Infantryman. He was an active member of his church and enjoyed fishing, camping and photography.
He is survived by Sylvia, his wife of 47 years; sons, Tim Michelle Luckie, David Susan Luckie, John Gina Luckie; daughter, Jackie Tom Spellman; grandsons, Scott, Jason, Brendan, Sean, and Drew; sisters, Jean Thompson, Rosemary McMillan; brothers, Melvin and Glenn Luckie; sister-in-laws, Mary Ellen HaroldHarris, Liz MikeFehring, Maggie Allen Lee; brother-in-law Doug Nancy Gifford; numerous nieces and nephews; and his many friends at the Mountlake Terrace First Baptist Church.
The Luckie Family would like to thank all those who sent cards, called, visited and offered words of encouragement. A special Thank You to the Group Health Hospice Organization who gave so much help at such a difficult time.

Memorial Services will be held Sunday, March 25th, 2001 at 4:00 PM at the Mountlake Terrace First Baptist Church.
