Born in National City, CA on May 1, 1930 to Daniel Vasquez and Consuelo Anaya. A Veteran of the Korean War, he served in the US Marine Corp and served in the US Army as a 16B40 Hercules Missile Crewman. He retired from military service in 1971 and also retired from Eddie Bauer Distribution in 1985. He was a life long member of the Veterans of Foreign War and American Legion. He was a longtime resident of Ballard, WA.
He is survived by brothers Robert, Armando, and sisters Ninfa and Esperanza as well as innumerable nieces and nephews.
