Born February 27, 1911; passed away July 31, 2013 at age 102. Life-long resident of Seattle, she was the daughter of Donald and Mildred Graybill. A graduate of Queen Anne High School, throughout her life she was actively involved in charities, including more than 50 years with the Seattle Milk Fund. In later years, she participated in a major study of Alzheimer's to help find solutions to the disease. She was a long-time employee and supervisor at Washington Mutual Bank in their insurance division. Marion was an excellent Bridge player, who also loved music; playing the piano and violin, often breaking into light-hearted song late into her years. An avid traveler and always ready for adventure, Marion and her husband Joe took a 90 day trip around the world when they were 90. Lying on the beach in Hawaii and going to baseball games (go Mariners!) were high on her list of favorites. Survived by husband, Joseph "Joe" Epler; daughters, Sally de Jong and Ann (Don) Wing; sons, Eric (Dottie) and Bill (Anna) Greenwood; step-son, John (Jean) Epler; 10 grand and 20 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husbands, William W. Greenwood and Charlton Clark.
