Michael is survived by his wife Connie Miller, Daughter Lisa Lewis (partner Dixon Farmer of Seatac); mother Martha Miller; five grandchildren, Derrea, Lorenz, Ajaida, Solyn, Dixon Jr. "Bubba" and his brother-in-law Tim Sayler. He is preceded in death by his son Jeffery Miller and his father Stephen Calvin Miller.
