Patricia Jean Moore

Patricia "Pat" Jean Moore passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at the age of 96. Born in Seattle on October 6, 1928, to Lyle and Ruth Jackson, Patricia lived a long and full life marked by deep faith, devotion to her family, and a loving heart.

She was the beloved wife of William Moore for over 40 years, raising their family together in Shoreline, Washington. Patricia was a proud and dedicated mother to four children: Becky, Terry, Steve, and Kevin. She shared a special bond and countless memories with Becky, her daughter and dear friend. With unwavering love, she cared for her daughter Terry, who had special needs, ensuring she felt cherished every day of her life. Patricia was also a Cub Scout den mother for her sons, Steve and Kevin, always setting a kind and steady example.

A devoted follower of Jesus Christ, Patricia’s faith was a guiding light throughout her life. Her love extended beyond people to animals. Especially dogs, who were her constant companions through the years.

Patricia was a treasured grandmother to Lani, Eric, Scott, Candice, Michelle, David, Barry, Matthew, and Janelle; a great-grandmother to Brad, Shelby, Michelle, Frank, Mac, Dustin, Isabella, Titus, Kyiah, Ashlyn, Drew, Zoe, Cooper, Adalyn, and Emmet; and a great-great-grandmother to Amelia, Addison, Kingsley, Piper, Presley, and Dahlia. Her legacy of love spans five generations.

In her later years, Patricia found joy and companionship with her dear friends and housemates, Dennis and Bob, sharing laughter, stories, and warmth.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, August 17, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at Evergreen Washelli Funeral Home, followed by a reception at Spiro’s Pizza in Shoreline at 4:00 p.m. All who knew and loved Patricia are welcome to attend.
