Beloved mother to Mertis Richardson (Gerald) and Marvin Walker (Donna). A very much loved member of her South Seattle community for 54 years, and known to all she met as "Granny", Mrs. Walker was admired for her strong faith and beautiful garden, for her daily long walks, and for the kindness that she extended to her family, friends and neighbors, including the South Seattle Police Precinct, for whom she enjoyed baking.
A long time respected employee of Jacks Payless Auto Parts before her retirement, Mrs. Walker spent recent years enjoying her garden, and traveling with good friends back to her southern roots and to her Georgia birthplace.
Preceded in death by one grandson, Mrs. Walker is survived by her 2 children and their families, which includes 3 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren.
We will love you, and miss you always Granny.
