

Rogelia R. Eugenio passed away peacefully on April 23, 2026, in Shoreline, Washington.
She was born on December 14, 1937, and lived a life rooted in love, faith, and devotion to her family. Rogelia was known for her kindness, caring heart, and generous spirit. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures—spending time with family, especially her grandkids and great-grandkids, going for massages, getting her hair and nails done, dressing up and looking her best wherever she went, and enjoying her favorite treats like kakanin and crunchy hopia.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jose M. Eugenio.
Rogelia’s greatest pride and joy was her family. She is survived by her children:
Teresa Quitugua, widow of Moses Quitugua, and grandchildren Janelle, Jacqueline, and Jessalyn; and great-grandchildren Janiaya, Javonte', Jamariante', Elijah, Madelyn, Mila, Aerilyn, Asher, and Joseph.
Cristina Macalalad and husband Romeo Macalalad, and grandchildren Kristel, Kelly, Lauren, and Lindsey; and great-grandchildren Kirby, Romina, and Vincent.
Luisa Deleon and husband Rodolfo Deleon, and grandchildren Caitlyn, Dylan, and Lorenzo.
Joy Eugenio and husband Bipin Sharma, and grandchildren Gabriel, Giordan, Gizelle, and Eli.
Ed Eugenio and wife Marly Eugenio.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Rogelia will always be remembered for her warmth, her strength, her grace, and the way she made everyone feel welcomed, cared for, and loved.
She will remain forever in our hearts.
