Rosita Lambino was born on September 1, 1921, in San Carlos City, Pangasinan, Philippines. They had eight children, 3 sons and 5 daughters. The oldest son was in the Navy and petitioned our parents to the US in 1978. She started working in a nursing home in Environmental Services and in 1979 at the University of Washington Hospital; retiring in 1992.
She enjoyed going dancing and attending parties with family and friends. She also loved gardening and sewing. When she was able to get around, she liked to travel back and forth to the Philippines. She traveled with family to different countries.
Nanay was a generous, hardworking, religious woman. To her, family was everything. Her role as a mother and grandmother was the most important thing to her. Being with her family was what she enjoyed most of all. We love you Nanay. We will cherish all of the great memories we have. You will be missed by all and your memory will live with us forever.
Survived by daughters, Rainelda Clemente, Emy Palacpac, Leticia Acuesta, Elvie Jackson and Marlene Frelot, and ; sons, Atanacio & Danilo Lambino; 20 grand, 13 great-grand and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
