Sam never married, but he considered his nieces and nephews his children. Before he retired in May, 2020, he dedicated his last 25 years to the U.S. Dept. of Commerce as a senior trade specialist with the U.S. Commercial Service, Seattle Office.
Sam was preceded in death by his parents, Hugh and Queenie Tsoming, his oldest sister, Donna Mae Carter of Seattle, WA and his youngest sister, Frankie R. Tsoming of Seattle, WA. Sadly, he did not know of Frankie’s unexpected passing because he was too ill. He is survived by his twin brother, Tom S. Tsoming of Shoreline, WA and older sister, Norma Jean Hanson of Rockville, MD.
Visitation will be held at Evergreen-Washelli Funeral Home on March 10, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.
Funeral service will be held at Evergreen Washelli Chapel at 11111 Aurora Avenue North, Seattle, WA on March 10, 2021 beginning at 11:00 a.m.
Burial service will be held at Lake View Cemetery, 1554-15th Avenue East, Seattle, WA following the funeral service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to KCTS 9.
