Ted was born in Little Rock, Arkansas
He is preceded in death by his Father, Frank Fox, Mother Bessie Lee, Brother Jerome and Brother Michael. His Sister Frankie Lee lives in Federal Way.
Ted was married to Emalie for 47 years. He has two son, Theodore Steven and Christopher Andre.
After graduation from Garfield High School in 1959 he joined the U.S. Army from 1961 to 1964.
After serving 3 years in the military he began work at the Fircrest School for the Mentally Ill.
He started at the U.S. Postal Service in 1965 as a Distribution Clerk and worked his way up to Manager Training for the Seattle District. He had postal service details in San Francisco and Washington D.C.
Ted retired from the Postal Service in 1992. Shortly afterwards he began employment at Lexus of Bellevue where he was Manager, Support Services.
Ted loved sports. The Seahawks and Mariners were his favorites.
He held the position of Vice President for Rainier District Youth Athletic Association.
He watched and attended drag racing, his favorites being Top Fuel and Funny Car.
He had two show trucks, a 1979 Chevy and 1970 Toyota mini truck. Both trucks wining trophies.
Ted enjoyed meeting people at the Muckleshoot Casino where he loved playing the Copper Dropper slot machines.
Ted loved Michael Jordan, it was evident by his casual wear always dressed from head to foot in Michael Jordan attire. He collected his shoes and has an extensive collection.
