I apologize that this is over 2 years late.  I had the wonderful opportunity to speak with Vicki it was during the pandemic she talked to me for well over an hour which mean’t a lot because I was stuck at home, had no furniture & at the time I had been estranged from my family.
I still miss Vicki.   I have since reunited with my Mother & the two of us now live out of state.   
I last spoke with Vicki April 2020.  She was my case manager Neighborhood House.  I really wanted to work with her to better improve my life.   So far with the help of a good friend I might just do that.  Wished she were here.

Victoria loved music. We went together to a special concert that was held in a barn (classical) and she said it still smelled like the animals who had lived in it! She loved sitting in the sand on the ocean side of Fort Worden park and just listening to the birds and the wind. She was the only sister I ever had. I will always wish I had been able to spend more time with her.
