Billy Morley passed away in Seguin on the 21st of February, 2010 at the age of 71. He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Sophia Morley, and sister, Helen Heard. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Joan Morley; daughter, Cynthia Rodriguez; grandchildren: Brandy Klabunde with husband Keith, Jason Bode, and Natalie DeLeon; great grandchildren: Kody Ty, Jaydon, and Kyleigh; sister, Thelma Johnston; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 6-8 pm at Goetz Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, Feb. 23rd. Services will be held at 2 pm on Wednesday, Feb. 24th at Goetz Memorial Chapel.
