Elizabeth Janiece McClellan of Kingsbury TX passed peacefully away on Monday May 18, 2015. Best known as "The Cajun Liz" she was famous for her spicy creole cooking, which she loved to share with friends and family. She is survived by her husband of 50 years Jack, her daughter Roslyn and son-and-law Clark Faust.
