ADAMS, Hazel Helen, of Clearwater, FL, passed away Thursday, January 8, 2018. Hazel was born in Butler, New Jersey to her parents, Elvin W. and Helen (White) Coombs. She worked in the assembley department at Honeywell.
She is survived by her husband, Frank M. Adams; daughter, Lynda Goff; brother, Eddie; two grandsons, Christopher and Francis; a granddaughter, Heaven Lee and great great granddaughter, Julie Rae.
Memorial Services will be held 3:00 p.m. Friday, February 9, 2018 at Garden Sanctuary Funeral Home.
