73, of Mainlands of Pinellas Park, Florida, passed away Apr. 18, 2012 at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, FL. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio Jan. 5, 1939, the daughter of Norbert and Lucille (Brausch) Woebkenberg.
JoAnn was a bookkeeper for the Pinellas County School System for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert B. Quillen.
Survivors include sons, Patrick (Deddie) Quillen and William (Hedy) Quillen; grandson, Owen Quillen; brothers, James (Nancy) Woebkenberg and Daniel (Nancy) Woebkenberg.
Visitation Sunday, Apr. 22, 2012 from 6-8 p.m. at Garden Sanctuary Funeral Home, 7950 131st St. Seminole, FL 33776. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Monday at St. Jerome Catholic Church, Largo. Interment will be at a later date.
