Terrance, known to many as Terry, graduated from Monroe High School and went on to earn an associate’s degree from Dakota Technical College. He dedicated much of his working life to Owatonna Tool Company, where he built a respected career as a senior machinist through his skill, reliability, and strong work ethic.
On November 28, 1969, Terry married the love of his life, Lonnie Blum, and together they shared more than 56 years of marriage. He was a man of strong faith who read the Bible regularly and attended church whenever he was able. Family was at the center of Terry’s life. He cherished time spent with loved ones and especially enjoyed fishing and camping, creating memories that will be treasured for generations. He also had a soft spot for panda bears, a fondness that brought smiles to those who knew him well.
Terry is survived by his wife, Lonnie Blum; his children, Linda (Jim), Michelle (Vince), Yvonne (Lee), Amy, and Joel (Staci); eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and five brothers.
A Celebration of Life will be held on May 16, 2026, in Minnesota. Further details will be shared at a later date.
Terry will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered for his devotion to family, his faith, and the warmth he brought to everyone around him.
