Thomas V Farinella, 78, of Seminole, Florida passed away on June 17, 2021. He was born in Hartford, Connecticut and lived there most of his life before relocating to Florida in 1982.
He graduated from Wethersfield High School and Hartford State Technical College, worked several years with F&S Mason Contractors in Wethersfield and was owner/partner of The Hide Away Café in Bristol, Connecticut.
After moving to Florida he continued in the restaurant industry. He served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War.
He leaves his wife, Virginia (Lepore) Farinella of 46 years; his two children, Alicia Rohan of Gainesville, Florida and Thomas Farinella Jr. of Los Angeles, California; two sisters, Marianne Carabase and Melina Farinella both of Wethersfield; several nieces and nephews and two grandchildren, Harlow Rohan and Patrick Rohan of Gainesville, Florida.
There will be a Memorial Service with Military Honors at Bay Pines Veterans Cemetery on Thursday, July 29th at 3:00 pm
