Deb was born September 23, 1957 in Paterson, New Jersey, daughter of the late Peter Wasdyke and Arlene Moore Wasdyke. She was a sweet and caring person and enjoyed spending time with her family. She enjoyed walking on the beach and collecting seashells. Deb also enjoyed going to casinos with her best friend Lori.
Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Charles Frank Parker of Shallotte; children, Sean Parker and wife Jenna of Denton and Samantha Pizzute and husband Conan O'Hare-Lee of England; two sisters, Kathy Hogan and husband Robert of Shallotte and Jamie Earl of Pensacola, Florida; and two grandchildren, Jackson and Hugo.
Private services will be held at a later date.
