In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Edwin Parbst, brothers, Richard Howe and Scott Howe.
Survivors include her children, Cathy Accurso and husband Joseph of St. Augustine, Florida, Alicia Colgan of Calabash, and Laura Russ and husband Daniel of Ocean Isle Beach; brothers, Jeffrey Howe and wife Peggy of Florida, Paul Howe and wife Susan of Florida, and Bobby Howe and wife Sharon of New York; grandchildren, Tyler Colgan, Kayleigh Colgan, Joshua Russ, Haylea Russ, and Sarah Accurso; and one great grandson Everett Garringer.
