Rebecca Diane Love

Ms. Love was born in Stanly County North Carolina on January 26, 1955 and was the daughter of the late Sanford louis Love Sr. and betty Sprinkle Love. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Tanya Wright. She was a newspaper carrier for the Wilmington Star News in the Supply community for many years. Diane always like to be active all of her life. She loved helping others and being supportive in her community as a volunteer for at Brunswick Family Assistance for over 25 years where she transported food and done cleaning and delivering Christmas baskets. She enjoyed dancing and traveling. Her favorite trip of all time was her visit to Israel during which time she was baptized in the Jordan River and even got to ride a Camel.

She is survived by her husband, John Gallup of the home; a son, Stewart Belton Jr. of South Carolina; a daughter, Jennifer Ward of South Carolina; a brother, Sandy Love of Texas; six grandchildren, Liam Herring, Liam Belton, Gabby, W.T., L.T. and Steve; four great grandchildren, Mia, Leah Jade, Mateo and Addison.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday December 6th, 2023 at three o'clock in the afternoon in the Lou White Memorial Chapel of White Funeral and Cremation Service, 3660 Express Dr. Shallotte.
