Tammy was born in Georgetown, SC on June 16, 1968 and was the daughter of the late Alvin George Lewis and Lillie Springs Lewis. She was preceded in death by a sister, Toni Lynette Milliken. Tammy was a member of Longwood Baptist Church.
She is survived by a brother, Alvin Lewis and wife Lisa of Ash; step-brother, Scott Smith and wife Sandy and their children, Sylvia, Dakota, Layla of Ocean Isle Beach; a niece, Madison Milliken of Ash; three nephews, Trevor Alvin Lewis of Ash, Aaron Gregory Lewis of Ash, Wallace Wayne Milliken of Supply.
A memorial service may be announced for a later date.
