Helen Theresa Hayworth

Helen Theresa Hayworth (nee Thompson), age 72, of Sharonville Ohio, passed away October 31st after a long battle with COPD and CHF. She was the wife of Bruce Robert Hayworth (b.1937- d.1985), and daughter of Patrick and Anna Thompson of Braintree MA. Helen is survived by her son Mark Hayworth and daughter in law Lisa Hayworth (Sharonville OH), son Brent Hayworth and daughter in law Mary Hayworth (Tucson AZ), and brothers John Thompson, Dan Thompson, and Brian Thompson (all of Massachusetts), sister in law Anne Thompson, grandsons Thomas and Michael Hayworth (Sharonville) and Brendan and Colton Hayworth (Tucson), and nieces and nephews Sheila Van Nest, Kevin Thompson, Tracy Bisnet, and Michael Thompson.

Helen was born 9/6/1938 in Boston Massachusetts where she lived until 1959 when she married Bruce and moved to San Diego. Helen was a registered nurse and enjoyed frequent travels with her husband and sons. Her favorite trip was to Machu Picchu in Peru. She moved to Sharonville Ohio in 2002. Helen was always cheerful, generous, and in good spirits. She was an avid reader, often reading 5-6 books a week. The memorial service will be at 4:00 p.m. Monday Nov. 15, 2010 at Cottingham Retirement Community in Sharonville. Her final resting place will be the Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Montgomery Ohio.
