Phillip Jay, 34, Dear son of Thomas P. and Lynn (nee' Petroviak) Butler passed away January 30, 2018. Phillip is also survived by his loving grandparents, Jim and Pauline Petroviak, brothers Michael Butler, Stephen Butler and sister Elizabeth Butler. Phillip is also survived by his Godfather Jim (Kelli) Petroviak along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Phillip was especially loved by the staff at St. Joseph Home where he has resided for 26 years... Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 10:45 am with Mass of the Christian Burial at 11:00 am Saturday; February 3rd at St. Joseph Home, 10277 Wyscarver Rd., Sharonville, OH 45241.
