Gregory R. Schneider

He was born June 9, 1947 to Douglas and Bernice (Wilsing) Schneider.

Greg attended local Sheboygan schools and graduated from Sheboygan North High.

After High School he joined the United States Marine Corps, serving in Vietnam where he was honorably discharged after an injury.

He enjoyed watching sports, playing cards and always had his nose in a book.

Gregory is survived by his aunt and uncle, Judith and John Queen; cousins, Richard and Mark Zenk; and other friends and family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-father Art Ritter and an infant brother.

A funeral service will be held Friday, November 16, 2012 at Ballhorn Chapels and Crematory at 11:30 a.m. Rev. Dr. Roger J. Mealiff, will officiate. A time of visitation and support will be held at Ballhorn Chapels from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial with full military honors will follow at Wildwood Cemetery where he will be laid to rest next to his mother.

A memorial fund has been established in Gregory’s name.
