Andrew Michael Batman

He was born on January 19, 1982 and was the son of Michael and Doris Wood Batman of Shenandoah.

Andrew graduated from Page County High School in 2001. He was an avid cross country runner for five years, while participating with the cross country team they received many State championships and set many records. Andrew loved the small family farm and raising and caring for his garden. He was disabled and baptized in the Episcopal faith.

Andrew was an organ donor he was able to assist several people by his donations.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son, Brayden Michael Batman of Shenandoah; a brother, Nathan Batman and a special sister-in-law, Jessica, of Stanley; a sister, Amber Martin and special brother-in-law, Garrett, of Luray; a special grandfather, Earl “Jack” Batman of Shenandoah; and a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Mary Lou Clark and Barbara Batman.

Friends and family may call at the home of his parents at any time.

Memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm, Saturday, August 25, 2018 at the Batman residence, 133 Steam Hollow Rd., Shenandoah.
