Anthony Edward Oglesby

 Anthony Edward Oglesby, a beloved resident of Shepherdsville, KY, peacefully returned to his Heavenly Father on February 18, 2024, at the age of 77. He was born on October 10, 1946, to the late Ernest and Martha Oglesby, Anthony's life was marked by love, kindness, and devotion.

 In addition to his parents, Anthony was preceded in death by his cherished wife, Betty Oglesby, leaving behind a legacy of enduring love and shared memories.

 Anthony will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by his son, Anthony D. Oglesby, his stepchildren, Michelle and Ghelia; his grandchildren, Chelsey Payne, Gabriel Garcia, Emerald Garcia, Amanda Garcia and Raquel Garcia. He also leaves behind his sister, Wanda Roberts, and a host of other beloved family members and friends whose lives he touched with his warmth and generosity. 

 In honoring Anthony's wishes, the Oglesby family has chosen a cremation, with plans for a heartfelt memorial service to celebrate his life at a later date. As we mourn the loss of Anthony, let us also celebrate the beautiful life he lived and the profound impact he had on those around him.

 In his memory, may we find comfort in the cherished moments shared and the love that will forever reside in our hearts.
