Billie Ann Rowe
18 December, 1944 – 1 June, 2023
Billie Ann Rowe, age 78 of Louisville, returned to her heavenly father on Thursday, June 1, 2023. She was born December 18, 1944, to the late Jobie Prater and Lula Thomson Prater.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jack Lee Rowe; along with 7 brothers and 4 sisters.
Billie especially enjoyed time with her grandchildren.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Edward “Ray Ray” Rowe (Carla) and Michell Joiner (Billy); her siblings, Janice Simmons (Danny), Diana Reed (Mark), Michael Prater, David Prater (Debbie), Ronnie Prater and Brenda Ochoa (Hank); her grandchildren, Brittany, Shaun, Nicole, Bethany, Kayla and Seth; her great grandchildren, Owen, Dylan, JoAnna, Lilly, Levi, Calvin, Carson, Hunter and Shelby; along with a host of other family and friends.
The family has entrusted Hardy-Close Funeral Home with cremation services.
