Charles Shepherd Sr. age 81 of Shepherdsville returned to his Heavenly Father on Tuesday, January 25, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Dora Shepherd; wife, Jackie Shepherd. He was an Army Veteran and a member of Moose Lodge #5 in Louisville.
He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Mark Porter, Michael J. Shepherd (Mary Ann), Charles Shepherd Jr (Charlene); sister, Ramona Richardson; his love of 18 years Glenda Gibbons; 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and host of other family and friends.
Funeral service will be conducted Noon on Saturday, January 29, 2022 in the chapel at Hardy-Close Funeral Home 285 S. Buckman Street in Shepherdsville with burial in Bullitt Lick Cemetery.
