Clarence Leon Duvall

Clarence Leon Duvall, age 91, of Lebanon Junction, KY returned to his Heavenly Father on Friday, June 13, 2025. He was born in Evansville, IN, on Thursday, January 4, 1934, to the late Charlie and Mary Ellen Duvall. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Frances Janet Duvall; along with several brothers and sisters. 

He was a member of Belmont Baptist Church and had worked as a Chaplain for many years at the Bullitt County Jail. Clarence enjoyed being outdoors, gardening and yard work. His kindness and care for others will be remembered by many.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Debra Samuels (Carroll) and Gail Milligan; his brother, David Duvall (Sandy); his grandchildren, Jason Ogle (Ann), Brian Ogle (Elizabeth), David Milligan (Jessica), Michael Milligan (Toni), Clinton Samuels (Bobbie) and Brian Samuels; along with a host of great grandchildren and other family and friends.  

Funeral service will be conducted at 1:30 pm Wednesday, June 18, 2025, in the chapel of Hardy-Close Funeral Home 285 South Buckman Street Shepherdsville, with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens. Visitations will be on Wednesday from 10:00 am until the time of service at 1:30 pm.
