Frances "Frankie" Armstrong

  Frances “Frankie” Armstrong age 67 of Okolona returned to her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 with loving family by her side. She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Armstrong; mother, Mattie Shamwell; granddaughter, Donavynn Giles; grandmother, Myrtle Ragland son in law; Jason Rawlings.

  She leaves to cherish her memory her daughters, Summer, Sandra, Brandy, LaDonna, Marie and Joyce; brother, Robert Shamwell; grandchildren, Taya, Joe, Jadynn, Diesel, Trevor, George, Arthur, Ashley, Adrianna, Andrew, R.J., Arihanna, Phillip, Courtney, Kaitlyn, Jenna, Scott and Daniel; great grandchildren, Kaylee, Liam and Eli and a host of other family and friends.

  Funeral service will be conducted 7 pm on Friday, July 15, 2022 in the chapel at Hardy-Close Funeral Home 285 S. Buckman Street in Shepherdsville with burial in Mt. Washington Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their respects from 4 pm until 7 pm on Friday, July 15, 2022. A graveside service will be held 10 am on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at Mt. Washington Cemetery in Campbellsville.
