Janet Lee Wierwille

Janet Lee Wierwille, 74 of Shepherdsville, KY passed away at her home with her family by her side on Monday, June 30, 2025. She was born on Tuesday, October 3, 1950, to the late Virgil “Moot” Tinnell Sr. and Claudia Laverne Tinnell. She is also preceded in death by her husband, who she loved dearly, David Lee Wierwille; her son, William Chad Bryan; along with a brother, Virgil Tinnell Jr. “Sugarman”. 

She was a Baptist by faith. She enjoyed horseback riding, shopping, camping, family trips, spending time with her grandchildren and watching the Hallmark Channel. She will be sadly missed by so many who loved her. 

She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, LeAnn Greenwell (Nick); her sister, Carolyn Tinnell; her grandchildren, Jessica McKinney (Todd), Grace and Faith Greenwell; her great grandchildren, Jayden and Lennon; her niece, Tiffany Rogers (Matt); her nephew Mark Downs; along with a host of other family and friends.  

The Wierwille family has chosen cremation with a celebration of life to take place at a later date.
