Kevin Louis Floyd

   Kevin Louis Floyd, age 59 of Shepherdsville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Thursday, April 28, 2022. He liked spending time with his boys and talking about cars. He was preceded in death by his mom, Manie Johnson Floyd and brothers, David Floyd and James “Skip” Floyd.

   He leaves to cherish his memory his sons, Nathan Floyd, Andrew Floyd, Jacob Floyd, Jason Hines and Sean Shelton; 2 grandchildren; father, Charles Floyd; brother, Mark Floyd; significant-other, Stephanie Collins; the mother of his children, Krista Foster; 3 nieces; 1 nephew and a host of family and friends.

   Funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at 7 pm in the chapel at Hardy-Close Funeral Home, 285 S. Buckman Street in Shepherdsville with cremation to follow. Friends may pay their respects on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 from 4 pm until time of service at Hardy-Close Funeral Home.
