Michael David Barth

   Michael David “Mike” Barth, age 42 of Shepherdsville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Saturday, November 20, 2021. He loved walking and also loved discovering and collecting rocks. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Imogene Brand and Paul and Wanda Clyde.

   He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Anne Michelle Hutchins; brothers, Peter Barth, IV, and Phillip Jacob; niece, Kimberly Barth; step grandmother, Mary Jean Brand; aunts and uncles, Angela Brand, Mark Brand, Jimmy Brand, Sherry Richards, LaWanna Brand, Glenn Richards, Brian Richards and Deborah Richards; cousins, Trish and Christina Vittitow and a host of cousins, family and friends.

   Funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 7 pm in the chapel at Hardy-Close Funeral Home, 285 S. Buckman Street in Shepherdsville with cremation to follow. Friends may pay their respects on Thursday from 4 pm until time of service at Hardy-Close Funeral Home.
