Michael Greenwood

   Johnathan Michael Greenwood, age 36 of Fairdale, returned to His Heavenly Father on Friday, March 5, 2021. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Edith Lawson; grandfather, Ed Lawson; aunt, Stella Gilmore; uncle, Eddie Lawson and cousin, Jason Lawson. He was a member of City Road Chapel. He was a tattoo artist and enjoyed painting and drawing. He is especially remembered for his ability of making everyone laugh.

   He leaves to cherish his memory his sons, Anthony Garner, Lyrik J. Greenwood and Chance Lucas; mother, Carol Haight; father, Fuston Ray Shirley; sister, Stephanie Pound; brothers, Tyler Haight and Brandon Haight (Erica); nephews, Gabriel Haight and Axel Haight; aunt, Loretta Greenwood (Jerry); dad, Tim Haight and a host of cousins, family and friends.

   Memorial service will be conducted at 7 pm Saturday, March 13, 2021 in the chapel of Hardy-Close Funeral Home, 285 S. Buckman Street in Shepherdsville. Friends and family may pay their respects on Saturday, March 13, 2021 from 4 pm until 7 pm at Hardy-Close Funeral Home.
