Milton Edwin Price

   Milton Edwin Price, age 80 of Shepherdsville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Sunday, January 12, 2020 with loving family by his side. He was a truck driver for Pepsi Cola for 33 years and retired from Ryder Trucking.  Mr. Price loved hunting and fishing and tending to his vegetable garden.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Orin Lee and Missouri Ann Price; sisters, Virginia, Lily, Mildred, Mazie and Thelma; brothers, Shelby, Alfred, Joe, William and Paul

   He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 61 years, Carolyn Sue Price; daughter, Cindy Young (Steven); son, Milton Price, Jr. (Janet); daughter, Jennifer Frye (Timmy); son, Duane Price (Kitty); 7 grandchildren, Shannon Snow, Robin Hester, Duane Price II, Twyla Price, Carolyn Frye, Shaela Warner and Amber Butler; 15 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren on the way as well as a host of other family and friends.

   Funeral service will be held conducted 1:00 pm on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at Hardy-Close Funeral Home, 285 S. Buckman Street in Shepherdsville with burial in Brookland Cemetery, Shepherdsville. Friends may pay their respects from 1 pm until 8 pm on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at Hardy-Close Funeral Home and from 9 am until time of service on Thursday, January 16, 2020.
