Paul Thomas Heath, age 47 of Shively, returned to his Heavenly Father on Tuesday March 23, 2021. He was preceded in death by mother Donna Heath and brother, Daniel Heath.
He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Garrett Heath (Kira); father, Lennie Heath; grandsons, George and Raymond Heath and a host of family and friends.
Graveside service will be conducted 11 am on Friday March 26, 2021 at Highland Memory Gardens in Mt. Washington. Hardy-Close Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
