Robert Dale Turner

   Mr. Robert Dale Turner, age 62 of Shepherdsville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Thursday, January 5, 2023. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on March 4, 1960, to the late Cecil and Ruth Turner. He was a Christian by faith, incredibly generous and a caring father and grandfather.

   In addition to his parents, his wife, Carrie E. “Skeeter” Turner and his brother, Cecil Michael Turner preceded him in death.

   He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Robert Turner, Tina Turner, Tammy Breehl (Brad), April Bowling (Brian), Regina Turner and Michael Bernhart; 16 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; siblings, Donna Sullivan, Deborah Logsdon, Kathy Rogers, Rebecca Cox and Charles Turner; a host of beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.

   Funeral service will be conducted at 2 pm on Wednesday, January 11, 2023, in the chapel at Hardy-Close Funeral Home, 285 S. Buckman Street in Shepherdsville with burial in Hebron Cemetery. Friends and family may pay their respects on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, from 1 pm until 8 pm and on Wednesday, January 11, 2023, from 9 am until time of service at Hardy-Close Funeral Home.
