Bobbie H. Goode Evans

Bobbie H. (Smith) Goode Evans, age 95, of Okolona, Kentucky returned to her Heavenly Father on Monday, December 14, 2020.  She was born in Mayfield, Kentucky on November 7, 1925 to Turner and Lulie (Johnston) Smith .  She was a manager of a Dollar General store and a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents;   by her first husband John Goode, second husband Wesley Evans, Jr.; sons, Donnie Goode and Doug Goode; daughters, Connie Ward and Dorothy Wiedmar; sisters, Mamie Trobaugh and Nora Pruitt; brothers, Kenneth and Paul Smith. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Carolyn Farvour (Kenny) and Donna Evans Griffin; grandchildren, Kenneth Jr. (Lynda), John Farvour (Beverly), Bobby Farvour (Kimberly), Jennifer Toby , Chris Ward (Mandy) and John Griffin; great grandchildren, Brandon Bradley, Aimee, J.C.,  Gracie, Rylie, Braylon, Carter, Mason and Haylee; two great great grandchildren, Paisley and Grayson; and a host of family and friends.  Funeral service will be held at 12:30 pm on Monday, December 21, 2020 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Friends and Family may pay their respects on Sunday from 1 pm till 8 pm and Monday from 10 am until time of service at the funeral home.
