Daniel "Danny" Ellis House

Mr. Daniel “Danny” Ellis House age 86, of Louisville, Ky returned to his Heavenly Father on Monday, April 10, 2023, with his wife by his side. He was born in Warren County, Kentucky on January 7, 1937.  Danny worked for 36 years for Brown and Williamson Tobacco Company, he enjoyed working in his yard and flower beds, and traveling with his wife for years with Toby Tours. Danny also is a Mason with the Masonic Lodge #942 in Fairdale, Ky. He also was in the U.S. Army and loved raising his Akita dogs Rebel and Thunder.  He will be truly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 59 years Carolyn “Pendelton” House.

Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p. m. on Saturday April 15, 2023, with burial to follow in Brookland Cemetery. Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N. Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd). Friends may pay their respects on Friday April 14, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
