Eddie Carroll

Mr. Eddie Carroll, age 80, of Fairdale returned to his Heavenly Father Friday, September 18, 2015. Mr. Carroll was born August 26, 1935 in Edmonson County Ky. He was a carpenter, a musician and a member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church

Among those who precede him in death include his wife, Flossie Pugh Carroll; Parents, Claude and Elsie Carroll and brother, Charles Carroll.

He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Joy Cowley (Brian); sons, Steve Carroll (Kathy), Glen Carroll, David Carroll (Deana); grandchildren, Todd Sweeney, Jeremy Carroll, Savanna Carroll, Kat Carroll; great-grandchildren, Abby and Jack Sweeney, Ashlyn and Myles Carroll; sisters, Nathel Harp, Terri Brown; brother, Claude Carroll Jr.

Funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy and Brooks Rd.) with burial in Pennsylvania Run Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Monday 1 p.m. - 8 p.m. and Tuesday 9 a.m. until time of service.
