Edith Marie Brown

Ms. Edith Marie Brown, age 64, of Louisville, returned to her Heavenly Father on Friday, August 14, 2020. Ms. Brown was born in Shelbyville, KY on May 20, 1956 to the late Amster Troxell and Ruby Hedges Troxell.

Among those who preceded her in death are, her sons, Larry Troxell, Thomas Troxell and Joshua Shutt; sisters, Terri Calhoun and Sheila Lindsey and nephew, Chris Troxell.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Brandy Kelty; grandchildren, Dallas Burden, Cody Burden, Savannah Burden (along with her son, Kashton) and Levi Kelty; brother, George Troxell; her beloved nieces and nephews, Tonya (Brian), Garrett, Thomas, Zach (Nicole), Kaytlynn, Alexis, Maggie, Nicholas, Colton, Hadleigh, Aliice, Austin and Brendan and a host of other dear family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 5:00 pm on Friday, August 21, 2020 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) Friends and family may pay their respects on Friday from 3:00 pm until the time of service at 5:00 pm at the funeral home.

Please meet at Resthaven Memorial Park at 10:00am on Saturday, August 21, 2020 for graveside service and burial.
