Geraldine Brown Bradbury

Mrs. Geraldine Brown Bradbury, age 82, of Shepherdsville returned to her Heavenly Father on June 11, 2015. Mrs. Bradbury was a homemaker and a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. The former Miss Bullitt County was a devoted and proud wife and mother for 61 years. Her greatest joys were her husband, children and Baptist faith. Among those that preceded her in death include her parents, Ondis and Bertha Arnold Brown; sister, Viola Cothern; and brothers, Edward, Eugene and Hubert Brown. She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband of 61 years, George Bradbury; children, Craig Bradbury, George Bradbury, Jr., and Valerie Meyers (Tim); two grandchildren, Dylan and Brooke; sister, Frances Comley; sisters-in-law, Dolores Hall and Grace Bradbury; brother-in-law, Harry Bradbury; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be conducted at noon on Monday, June 15, 2015 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road; use John Harper entrance) with interment in Brookland Cemetery.
