I had Sis Gloria to come and speak at the church I pastor in Indianapolis, IN not long after her boys passed. When I called her up to speak that night she ask me to go to the Organ and play a song for her. She said to me Bro. Thomas give me the key of F, I did and she started singing ( When I get to heaven, I can hardly wait to see my brand new mansion just inside the pearly gates but I won't have time to move inside for a million years or more cause it will take me a million years to thank the Lord.   What a Strong Faith she had in God.   What a blessing her testimony was !!

My heart is saddened with the passing of a dear friend.  Heaven is rejoicing along with Gene, the boys and her mother, Velma.  Our loss and Heaven's gain.  She has missed them a long time. We had a lot of fun over the years.  She was truly a soldier for Christ and faithful to Jesus through the thick and thin. She never waivered. Gloria you and Gail can run around together again up on the streets of gold and shout at Jesus feet.  We are praying for Wayne, Gary, David and the family during your loss. But rest assure she will always be looking out for you.

Gloria Rogers is one of the sweetest people I have ever met and that God has ever created. I have always thought pleasantly of her.I have known her since I was a little girl and have never experienced one bad vibe from this beautiful woman. Her faith stood the test of time and death. I've always truly admired her. Rest in sweet peace Gloria and be joyful in Gods living hands.

Gloria,youve had a rough year,being so sick,now you can rest,an go home,to see your boys an Gene,your mother,you sure will make a special Angel.
