Gregory "Greg" Lee Sharpe

Mr. Gregory Lee Sharpe, age 67, of Okolona, returned to his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, June 2, 2021. Mr. Sharpe was born in Lancaster, OH on April 5, 1954 to the late W.C. Sharpe and Roberta Sharpe. He received his degree in meteorology from Western Kentucky University and was very passionate in his field of study and he was a dedicated employee of Kroger for over 30 years.

Among those who preceded him in death are, his beloved wife, Darlene Louise Sharpe; brother, Joe Sharpe and sister, Barbara Jean Wood.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his brothers, John Sharpe (April) and W.C. “Will” Sharpe (Betty); his nieces and nephews, Justin, Olivia, Thomas, Jennifer, Michelle, Christy, Amanda, Kim, Krystle, Billy and Savanna; his dear Pomeranian, Cybil and a host of other family and friends.

Memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) Friends may pay their respects on Tuesday from 1:00 pm until the time of service at the funeral home.
