Gwendolyn Kay Porter

Porter, Gwenolyn "Kay", age 68, of Okolona returned to her Heavenly Father November 10, 2016 at her residence. Kay worked as the Birth Certificate Clerk for Norton Hospital. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Arthur Porter Jr.; parents, Robert and Lorene Sullenger; brother, Robert Neil Sullenger Jr.; nephew, Donald Neil Sullenger. Mrs. Porter leaves to cherish her memory, son, James Robert Porter Sr.; grandchildren, Aiyana, Serenity; sister-n-law, Sandra Sue Sullenger; nieces, Gwen Smith (Julian), Sally Haskins (Jonathan); great nieces and nephews, Julian Jr., Tamarah, Mikey, Kaylyn, and Jerusalem. Funeral Service will be conducted Noon on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 in chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy and Brooks Rd.) with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
