James "Jim Ed" Miller

Mr. James “Jim Ed” Edward Miller, age 72, of Louisville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Friday, February 22, 2019. Mr. Miller was born in New Hope, KY on October 6, 1946 to the late Thomas H. and Elizabeth L. Miller. He was a member of St. Rita Catholic Church. He served in the United States in Air Force during the Vietnam War.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 49 years, Terry L. Miller; his children, Nicole Miller and Chris Miller; his grandchildren, Wyatt Ritchie, Gabriel Ritchie, Lilliana Ritchie and Emily Miller and a host of other dear family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with cremation to follow. Friends may pay their respects on Tuesday from 3:00 pm until the time of service at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Hosparus.
