Mr. Evans was born April 17, 1950 in Louisville to the late Hushel Taylor and Pansy Swift Evans. He was a member of Shepherdsville Gospel Chapel.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his sons, Scott Evans (Angie) and Ben Evans (Sarah); grandchildren, Vanessa and Hunter; sister, Brenda Childress (Steve) and brother, Clayton Evans.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Monday in the chapel of Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd.) with burial in Layman Cemetery in Grayson County, Kentucky. Visitation will be held Sunday from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Schoppenhorst.
